When the loan officer determines that a client would benefit from the services of a partnered professional, the client is introduced to those members of the loan officer’s partner network by the loan officer.

We believe that the perfect “partnership” is one that is mutually beneficial to each of the partners involved by increasing the value of service that we bring to our clients. Our professionals are not interested in getting “kick-backs” or giving “kick-backs” in return for referrals, as that indicates that the referral may be biased and unfair to our clients. Instead, we seek out partnerships that dually promote and increase the value of our partners’ services and the value of our services. By cooperating and working in a NETWORK of trusted advisors interested in promoting our mutually exclusive services, our businesses naturally grow beyond any short-term financial “kick-backs”, and with more integrity. In the RARE situations where a professional may be receiving compensation by taking an active, legal part in providing the services, it is our policy to provide full disclosure of that legal financial compensation to our clients so that they may understand the bias in the “referral” of those services.
